That is correct. With Alpha-Omega Computers, Inc your satisfaction and success is our way to ensure long term business relationships. If you are not happy with our services for any reason, cancel at any time.

What is an account manager?

An account manager is who will handle your account from A to Z. Name registration, internet payment gateway, merchant accounts, development work, layout, content, graphic design, and anything else in between. Full service means there is a real person to talk with that will consult and fulfill the plan of your choice to your satisfaction.

Is the professional development time allocated enough to deliver the desired results?

Yes. the plans have been formed in such of way that the allocated development time will be enough to deliver the desired results and allow for content management. Time that is not used is accumulated on the account, if there is a need for development time beyond the time provided with each plan a rate of $60 hourly will apply. You will always have to approve this work in advance.

What if the account exceeds the allocated resources?

The account manager will notify you immediately and discuss various options with you.

What exactly is professional web design, and what does it include?

The account manager will coordinate the work with the graphics developers on your behalf based on your input and feedback. As the work progresses he/she will ensure that the work meets our criteria and quality standards as well as your satisfaction for the final product. The work will not be finalized until you are completely satisfied with the result.
